Charles I. Malone has been a trial lawyer since 2003, practicing primarily in general business and tort litigation. Mr. Malone has represented clients in shareholder derivative lawsuits, business tort litigation, disputes over covenants not to compete, wrongful death actions, contract disputes, the special litigation committee context, class action lawsuits, and labor disputes. Mr. Malone has also successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions.

Mr. Malone is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, where he graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy in 1995. Mr. Malone received his B.S in business, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University in North Carolina in 1999. He obtained his J.D. degree in 2003 from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, Mr. Malone served as an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
